Free 7-day returns on all unworn Rudraksha beads with the authenticity certificate, thread, and original packaging intact. Once worn or strung as a mala, Rudrakshas are non-returnable as per Vedic tradition (an energised Rudraksha is bound to the wearer). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
