Refund policy
We offer an exchange within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. We do not offer returns or refunds for products that are received in good condition.
Eligibility for Exchange
An exchange can only be requested if the product:
- Is defective or has a manufacturing defect, or
- Is damaged at the time of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Unboxing Video Required
For your protection, we strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited video while opening your package. The video should clearly show the condition of the package and the product immediately after opening.
This video may be required as proof if the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery. Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
Please note that damage caused after delivery due to wearing, handling, accidental impact, misuse, or improper care will not be considered eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order at vedgurustore@gmail.com.
Please provide your order number, photographs/videos of the issue, and the unboxing video where applicable. Our team will review the issue and, if approved, provide you with instructions for the exchange.
Products returned or sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or personal preference
- Products damaged after delivery due to use, wearing, accidental impact, or mishandling
- Products that have been altered or modified
- Products without their original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Claims made after the 7-calendar-day exchange period
