Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you where available.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your package carefully when it is delivered. We strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited video while opening your package so that the condition of the package and product can be verified.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order at vedgurustore@gmail.com, along with your order number, photographs/videos of the issue, and the unboxing video where applicable.
